Incorporated in 1958 by William Rose and now entering its third family generation. General Metal Constructions Ltd with a multi-million £ turnover has established itself as a leading high quality contractor for the manufacture and installation of purpose made metal fabrications over a wide variety of industries, handling contracts ranging from a few thousand to well in excess of a £1,000,000. The company with forty plus employees based in Haverhill, Suffolk, with full estimating and CAD facilities and covering the south, south east. A fully equipped 20,000 sq ft production factory at Haverhill is serviced by overhead cranes, plasma and laser cutters, plate saws, folding, section forming and plate rolling presses. The site is also capable of all welding techniques allowing us to produce complex and detailed projects in house.
